Job Description:
A company is looking for a Growth Product Lead (Web2App).
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of growth product managers, providing guidance and
mentorship
Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to validate concepts with
live users
Monitor budgets and results to ensure objectives are met
efficiently
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in IT companies or mobile app-focused roles,
with at least 2+ years in a similar position
Proven ability to manage projects and lead a team effectively
Experience working with web funnels to optimize user acquisition
and conversion
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, and
Google Firebase
Deep understanding of App Store algorithms, ASO, and User
Acquisition strategies
