Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Processing Operations Lead to
enhance revenue cycle outcomes through effective claims
management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead team meetings, prepare agendas, and analyze performance
metrics
Articulate edits and rejections while managing system fix
requests
Coach and train team leads to ensure timely claims billing and
address workflow issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in backend revenue cycle management with knowledge of
billing workflows
Proven ability to coach and mentor direct reports
Familiarity with Cerner and healthcare claims clearinghouse
Proficient in creating pivot tables in Excel for data analysis
