A company is looking for a Payment Experience Associate I
(Spanish Speaking).
Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate and personalized solutions to customers through
various contact channels
Resolve complex payment issues by collaborating with team members
and other departments
Collect feedback to identify payment trends and escalate insights
to senior members
Required Qualifications
General business proficiency in English and Spanish
2 years of experience in customer support; banking or payments
experience is a plus
Foundational understanding of the company's products and
services
Familiarity with basic troubleshooting techniques for customer
inquiries
Strong work ethic focused on learning and performing assigned
tasks
