This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality healthcare to an underserved population. Key Responsibilities: Perform medical assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans. Provide routine and urgent care services to incarcerated individuals. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Order and interpret diagnostic tests. Document patient care in accordance with facility policies. Ensure compliance with all correctional healthcare regulations and standards. Qualifications: Current Physician Assistant (PA-C) certification. Active state license to practice as a PA. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a PA (correctional or primary care experience preferred). BLS certification required. Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills. Ability to work in a secure and structured environment. Schedule & Compensation: Shifts: Monday-Friday, Days, 40-hours per week Pay: Up to $3,446 weekly Why Join Us? Competitive compensation package.
