Key Responsibilities
Lead technology solution bid competitive analysis and top-down
estimate development
Coach and mentor teams on estimation best practices and market
trends
Provide technical solution review support and ensure compliance
with federal standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred
12+ years of relevant professional experience, including federal IT
and estimation
US Citizenship required
Experience with competitive analysis and bid development
processes
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and
non-technical audiences
