Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Financial Clearance
Representative I (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Completes insurance verification and eligibility processes for all
insurance plans
Interprets and documents co-pay, deductible, and benefit levels
while contacting patients for updated information
Follows up on pending authorizations and escalates issues to ensure
timely completion
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent
One (1) year of experience in patient registration and insurance
verification processes in a medical organization
Knowledge of healthcare payers, including Medicare and Managed Care
plans
Epic experience preferred
No specific licenses or certifications required
