Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter (Contract) to
manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical roles in a
remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical positions,
including sourcing and onboarding
Proactively source qualified clinical candidates and maintain a
robust talent pipeline focused on diversity and inclusion
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and track recruiting
metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration,
Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in
clinical or healthcare roles
Familiarity with clinical licensing, credentialing, and compliance
requirements across multiple states
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and standard office
software
High degree of discretion and professionalism in handling
confidential candidate information
