Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Design Manager for K12
English Language Arts.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for client stakeholders and build
trusted relationships to enhance product impact
Facilitate client onboarding, monitor satisfaction metrics, and
address client concerns to ensure successful implementation
Execute the design and prototyping of learning solutions while
collaborating with internal teams to meet client goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Learning Design or a
related field preferred
5+ years of leadership experience in K12 education, client success,
or instructional design
Proven success in managing client relationships and driving
retention
Expertise in developing scalable learning solutions using AI tools
and modern frameworks
Experience with Learning Management Systems and project management
platforms
