Job Description:
A company is looking for a Hospice Triage LPN for part-time
evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Provide after-hours triage support for hospice and home health
clients
Utilize electronic medical records and internal applications for
documentation and care delivery
Complete necessary charting and shift preparation before and after
taking calls
Required Qualifications
MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact LPN license
Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is
required
Background in fast-paced environments such as ED, surgical
services, or critical care
Ability to access multiple technology applications for
documentation during calls
Must reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible to work for any
employer
