8+ years of relevant creative direction experience, with 3+ years
managing teams
Strong strategic acumen for building teams and brands in a
fast-paced environment
Experience in creative production processes for film, print, and
digital
Proven excellence in art direction and building design systems
Ability to express a brand through distinct graphics and creative
code
