Job Description:
A company is looking for a Fully Remote HVAC/Plumbing Scheduling
Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing service
appointments and correspondence
Coordinate and dispatch technicians for service calls,
installations, and repairs
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and
ensure excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
Experience in dispatching within the plumbing, HVAC, or electrical
service industries is preferred
Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and dispatching software such
as ServiceTitan
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and
prioritize work
Familiarity with plumbing/HVAC/service terminology and processes is
beneficial
High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of relevant
experience
