Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Compliance Program by analyzing and interpreting
compliance requirements and collaborating with departments for
effective implementation
Conduct audits and monitoring, manage corrective action plans, and
analyze performance data to ensure compliance
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and attend state
regulator meetings to manage deliverables and provide guidance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent
relevant work experience
Minimum of three years of compliance and/or regulatory experience,
including one year in Government Program products
Strong familiarity with government-funded healthcare programs and
compliance standards
Preferred certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified
Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP)
Current, unrestricted clinical licensure may be desired for
positions with a clinical focus
