Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead, HRIS.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the run model work across Workday Learning and Help,
collaborating with HRIS Partners on key initiatives
Manage projects end to end, ensuring successful user experiences
and implementing business process improvements
Deliver reports, educate employees on system standards, and
research industry trends for future platform adoption
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of HR, IT, or comparable experience in roles of increasing
responsibility
3+ years of experience with HR systems & technology, specifically
Workday
Hands-on configuration experience with Workday system
Basic understanding of HR processes, procedures, and compliance
requirements
