Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Commission Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Administers commission plans, including setup, management of
payment cycles, and report distribution
Tracks metrics to assess commission plan efficiency and identifies
improvement opportunities
Collaborates with IT and sales teams to enhance commission
processing and ensure compliance with policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of related experience
Hands-on experience with sales incentive compensation management
systems (e.g., Xactly)
Experience with BI and reporting tools, such as Oracle or
Qlikview
Proficiency in Excel and experience with CRM systems, preferably
Microsoft Dynamics
