Job Description:
A company is looking for a Genetic Counselor to provide
specialized counseling services for personalized health and
wellness plans.
Key Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and interpret genetic test results and communicate
findings with patients
Recommend lifestyle changes, supplements, and dietary adjustments
based on genetic test results
Document patient interactions and collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to determine treatment plans
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Genetic Counseling or Human Genetics from an
accredited program
Board certification through the American Board of Genetic
Counseling (ABGC) or the American Board of Medical Genetics and
Genomics (ABMGG)
Active, non-restrictive genetic counselor licenses in a minimum of
15 states
Minimum of two years of experience as a practicing genetic
counselor
Strong knowledge of genetics and hereditary conditions,
particularly related to cancer preferred
