Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Services Specialist I,
responsible for supporting transfer agency operations and financial
transactions for mutual fund clients.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately inputs customer data to set up new accounts and manages
basic financial operations
Executes retirement plan account transactions in compliance with
IRS standards and tracks transfer statuses
Coordinates with broker-dealers or clients to gather missing
account information and oversees shareholder account updates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
1-3 years of experience in client services or a related field
Background in the financial services industry
Series 6 license is an asset
In-depth understanding of retirement products and knowledge of
mutual funds
