Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Engagement Network
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Assure accurate setup of providers in the provider information
system for reporting and claims payment
Research and resolve provider-related issues and maintain provider
directories
Facilitate provider education and training sessions
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree preferred
Experience in claims processing, billing, or coding is
preferred
Three years of experience in a managed care environment or
healthcare organization
Knowledge of healthcare, managed care, Medicare, or Medicaid
Experience in customer service within a healthcare setting
