A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative
II.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory
practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling
appointments
Utilize a computerized scheduling system to manage appointments and
provide detailed information to patients regarding their visits
Assist in training new personnel and participate in staff meetings
to improve patient experience and address process issues
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED is required; training as a Medical
Assistant or Pharmacy Technician is preferred
2+ years of scheduling experience for multiple specialty clinics is
preferred
Experience in the medical field or as a call center/customer
service agent is preferred
Equivalent experience to a Bachelor's degree or an Associate degree
with at least 1 year of related work experience is acceptable
Must have completed inbound and outbound training for multiple
ambulatory practices
