Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Strategy & Business
Development (Chief of Staff to CEO).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the CEO to define and execute business strategies
and evaluate growth opportunities
Lead business development efforts and build relationships with key
external stakeholders
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment on
organizational goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field; MBA or
advanced degree preferred
3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity,
venture capital, or management consulting
Proven ability to lead and execute strategic initiatives in a
fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and
financial modeling
Demonstrated experience managing relationships with external
partners and stakeholders
