Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Skills Coaching to oversee
and guide a team of coaches and outreach coordinators in supporting
students and job seekers.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and guide a team to ensure effective, personalized support
for career advancement and job searches
Monitor coaching effectiveness and implement solutions for
continuous improvement
Manage data collection and analysis related to service delivery and
student outcomes for informed decision-making
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience enabling coaches with necessary tools and
resources
1+ years of management experience leading teams to meet performance
goals
Strong understanding of career and professional development
coaching
Experience in developing and implementing processes for
efficiency
Ability to analyze data to inform decision-making and service
improvements
