A company is looking for a Manager, Contracting & Network
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process for physician, hospital, and
ancillary providers in assigned regions
Analyze data to define goals and metrics for the provider
network
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure contract compliance
and manage provider relationships
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business
Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in provider recruitment, contracting, or
provider relations
Knowledge of network development processes and principles of
negotiation
Experience with contract analysis and credentialing
Must reside in the state of North Carolina
