A company is looking for a Director, Payroll to lead global
payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation and processing of payroll for employees
globally, ensuring compliance with regulations
Develop and maintain policies and procedures for payroll processing
and accounting
Manage payroll integration during mergers and acquisitions and lead
a team of payroll professionals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or related work experience
At least 10 years of experience in payroll management, including 5
years in a leadership role
Minimum of 5 years of experience in global payroll operations
Strong strategic leadership skills with a hands-on approach
Fluency in written and spoken English
