Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Commercial Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage resources and analytics to support field sales teams and
inform commercial strategy
Lead the design and implementation of field sales reporting and
analytics solutions
Provide analytical support for sales force sizing, incentive
compensation, and data governance
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field; MBA
preferred
8-10 years of experience in commercial operations within the
pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Advanced Excel skills and experience with CRM and MDM systems
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power
BI
Pharmaceutical launch experience preferred
