Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Product Design to build
and manage the Product Design roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and execute the vision for user and provider experiences in
collaboration with cross-functional leaders
Lead, develop, and inspire a team of product designers to create
exceptional designs that enhance outcomes
Establish design practices and processes to deliver world-class
experiences consistently
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in designing user-centered web
experiences
5+ years of management experience leading design and user research
teams
A strong product design portfolio demonstrating a user-centered
design approach
Experience creating strategic design processes in a fast-paced
environment
Substantial experience across the end-to-end design process,
particularly in user research
