Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Account Manager for Small
& Medium Businesses (SMB).
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through existing customer expansion and new
customer acquisition
Sell T&D solutions directly to SMB L&D, HR, and IT
departments
Establish strategic plans to achieve business growth and
collaborate with sales teams
Required Qualifications
3+ years of successful IT sales experience in a growth,
acquisition, or hybrid capacity
Proven track record of meeting annual targets and KPIs
Experience selling into IT departments is required
Ability to prospect and manage a designated territory for revenue
growth
College degree or equivalent in education/experience preferred
