A company is looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to
lead the technical implementation of AI products and machine
learning platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and scaling of recommendation systems and
search features for millions of users
Design and maintain production-grade ML models and MLOps systems
for personalized user experiences
Mentor and support the professional growth of data science teams
while fostering a collaborative environment
Required Qualifications
7+ years of machine learning experience in production, with
expertise in recommendation systems and deep learning
Proven track record in building and deploying scalable ML systems
used by millions
Deep knowledge of AI architectures, ML algorithms, and MLOps best
practices
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and
SQL
Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science,
Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent
experience
