Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of managers and solution engineers in the Americas for
Retail Solutions
Oversee solution engineering processes, training, and technical
knowledge sharing
Collaborate with product development and sales to ensure
competitive solutions
Required Qualifications
12+ years of progressive experience in solution engineering or
pre-sales
6+ years of experience managing and developing teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree
preferred
Strong technical background and knowledge of the industry
Excellent leadership and people management skills
