Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Service Representative II -
Small Engine Repair.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical product support and troubleshooting for outdoor
power equipment to customers and channel partners
Advise on diagnostics and repair support for gas and
battery-powered equipment
Develop and implement work instructions for TSR1 agents and assist
with warranty processing and technical inquiries
Required Qualifications
Exceptional knowledge of outdoor power products and
applications
Field experience in diagnosing and repairing outdoor power
equipment
Experience with multi-fuel engines and hydraulic systems
diagnostics and repair
Strong knowledge of hardware integration and electrical systems
Proficiency in CRM and ERP software, along with MS Office
applications
