Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Contact Center Sales Associate
(FT & PT).
Key Responsibilities
Utilize relationship selling to assist members with maximizing
membership benefits and planning domestic travel
Provide exceptional service by selling various membership, travel,
and financial services products
Respond to member inquiries in a high-volume contact center
environment while meeting established production goals
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 to 5 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably
in a call center
Must obtain a Motor Club License within 60 days of hire, with costs
reimbursed
Ability to maintain a distraction-free work environment while
working remotely
Stable, secure, hard-wired internet connection is required; Wi-Fi
is not permitted
