Mortgage Claims Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Mortgage Default Claims Specialist.
Key Responsibilities

File claims to GSEs, mortgage insurance companies, and other investors in a timely manner
Review and manage investor and mortgage insurance claims, ensuring timely settlements and documentation
Conduct audits of claims processes and monitor claim process reports for compliance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
Previous experience with mortgage claim filing is required
Familiarity with BKFS/ICE MSP and other ICE default applications
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of YARDI, Property360, VALERI, USDA LINC, and PAID is preferred
