Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Account Executive
- Mid-Market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and carriers while
managing a book of business
Serve as a subject matter expert on Health & Welfare Benefits and
oversee the open enrollment process
Ensure compliance with regulations and manage proposals and
renewals, including negotiations with carriers
Required Qualifications
BA/BS preferred
5+ years of experience in health & welfare benefits
Client-facing experience in the employee benefit industry
Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required
GBA or CEBS Certification is a plus
