A company is looking for a Patient Safety Coordinator in Health
Systems Patient Safety.
Key Responsibilities
Review and follow up on Safety Events to improve systems and
processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop corrective actions for
adverse events
Monitor and analyze Safety Event data for trends and educate staff
on patient safety
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a health care-related field
5 years of related experience in a clinical role
Registered Nurse (RN) license upon hire preferred
