Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Business Development
- TPA Retirement Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze TPA business to enhance customer experience and identify
growth opportunities
Develop and execute a multi-year strategic plan for TPA
relationships and sales growth
Collaborate with internal teams and represent the company at
industry events to promote TPA offerings
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of strategic business development experience in
the retirement plan industry
Series 6 and 63 licenses or ability to obtain within six months of
employment
Strong knowledge of ERISA and plan design
Proven experience in distributing defined contribution
recordkeeping and administrative services
Ability to manage travel and budgets effectively
