A company is looking for a Commercial Contracts Attorney (Remote
and Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Draft, negotiate, and review NDAs and other corporate and
commercial contracts
Provide legal support on AI-related matters
Work independently and collaboratively with team members as
needed
Required Qualifications
4+ years of legal experience in commercial contracts
Experience in the AI industry or on AI-related matters is
preferred
Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law
school
Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence
Outstanding references
