A company is looking for a Senior Legal Systems Analyst to
manage legal technology and optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain legal tech solutions and optimize
procurement systems
Streamline legal department workflows and manage project plans for
process improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance and vendor
management initiatives
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with legal and procurement systems,
preferably Zip
Proven experience with legal tech implementations, especially
AI-driven tools
Experience with contract lifecycle management systems, particularly
IronClad
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple
initiatives
Experience with SQL or an object-oriented programming language
preferred
