Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager
who can autonomously execute and operate in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead program initiatives by communicating goals and delivering
quality programs on time and budget
Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, gather
requirements, and prioritize deliverables
Manage risks and issues while maintaining transparency through
regular status updates and program dashboards
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a Program Manager in software, embedded,
networking, or new product development
3+ years of experience mentoring others in program management
Flexible, enthusiastic, and a team player with a can-do
attitude
Entrepreneurial mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity and
rapid changes
PMP and CSM certifications preferred
