Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Insurance Training
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Train all new hires and serve as a resource for employees and
customers
Assess reports and assist in streamlining billing and insurance
processes
Mentor and cross-train staff in various departmental areas
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post-secondary courses
in accounting or business helpful
Two years of billing experience required
Previous experience in a medical environment preferred but not
required
Essential computer skills are necessary
Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
