Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Financial Administration who
will oversee complex financial reporting and assist in the
development of associates.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review complex financial statements and mutual fund
reporting
Manage compliance checklists and assist in audits, ensuring
adherence to regulations
Supervise and develop associates, conducting performance appraisals
and team meetings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
4+ years of mutual fund administration or accounting experience
1-3 years of management and leadership experience
Experience in the financial services industry
Knowledge of SEC, IRS, and general ledger accounting
requirements
