Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Engineer (HRIS/Payroll).
Key Responsibilities
Support enterprise sales by conducting customer discovery sessions
and process mapping
Provide technical expertise on integrations and system
compatibility while collaborating with internal teams
Develop sales enablement materials and lead training sessions for
the sales team
Required Qualifications
5+ years in a Sales Engineering or Solutions Consultant role in a
SaaS environment
Experience with modern HRIS and payroll systems
Hands-on knowledge of technical requirements and workflows
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across
teams
Spanish fluency is a strong plus
