Sales SupportPlasser American is looking to add a highly motivated
and detail-oriented individual to the Aftermarket Sales Team. You
will support the day-to-day activities of the team, assisting that
Plasser American and customer needs are met in an accurate and
timely manner. Duties/Responsibilities
- Invoice submittal, tracking, & corrections
- Process credit card transactions
- Record retention
- Operate and become SME of the Infor LN ERP System in the
Aftermarket requirements.
- Partner with internal teams.
- Process orders and quotation requests.
- Manage and follow-up on customer inquires/concerns with
accurate and timely responses.
- Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
- Strong Organization and Communication Skills
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office with strong emphasis on Email
Education
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and
three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience. Personal Attributes
