Program Overview
The Enterprise Classroom Program falls under the management of the
Army Training and Doctrine Command, which is looking to both shift
schoolhouse residential programs into a digital training
environment and sustain existing classrooms ECP's period of
performance includes one base year and two individual option years.
SSI will be responsible for connecting all communications and
infrastructure to a local or Defense Department network, such as
the Global Information Grid. Super Systems Inc. will also carry out
analysis, design, engineering, integration, facility rehabilitation
and technology installation of classroom configurations such as
lecture, collaboration, simulation and mobile.
Job Summary:
SSI is seeking a highly skilled Master Electrician to join the
Enterprise Classroom Program team at Ft Gregg Adams. The ideal
candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in
electrical systems, codes, and safety protocols. This role involves
overseeing electrical installations, troubleshooting issues, and
ensuring compliance with all regulations. The candidate will be
required to relocate power outlets in cinderblock walls throughout
multiple classrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair
electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, and
industrial settings.
Supervision: Lead and mentor a team of electricians and
apprentices, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to
safety standards.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical problems and implement
effective solutions promptly.
Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local, state, and
national electrical codes and regulations.
Project Management: Plan and manage electrical projects from
conception to completion, including budgeting and scheduling.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed,
materials used, and compliance with safety regulations.
Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients to
understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an
accredited electrical program is preferred.
Licensing: Valid Master Electrician license or Journeyman
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the electrical
field, with a focus on leadership roles.
Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and
schematics; excellent problem-solving
