Are you an expert in CNC/PLC systems, mechanical troubleshooting, and fabrication? We're looking for a CNC Maintenance Mechanic to join our team and keep our high-volume manufacturing operation running at peak efficiency.

Job Details for CNC Maintenance Mechanic:

• Pay Rate: Up to $72,000 yearly
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 12:00PM - 8:30PM
• Great Medical Benefits Job Description for CNC Maintenance Mechanic:
  • Diagnosing and repairing CNC and manual machines, robotics, and assembly equipment.
  • Installing, overhauling, and maintaining machinery, including pipefitting, fabrication, welding, and electrical work.
  • Monitoring and maintaining facilities equipment such as HVAC, air compressors, and overhead doors.
  • Connecting power, air, and water lines to equipment and performing operational tests.
  • Aligning, replacing, and adjusting machine parts for optimal performance. Job Requirements for CNC Maintenance Mechanic:
    • High school diploma or equivalent (Technical Associate's degree preferred).
    • 8-10 years of experience in CNC machine operation/maintenance, process industry controls, or robotic equipment maintenance.
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, mechanical, and electrical engineering drawings.
    • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
    • Hands-on experience with welding, fabrication, plumbing, and electrical installations.
    • Familiarity with mechanical alignment fundamentals.
    • Basic computer skills (MS Office knowledge preferred).
