Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, analyze, and triage incoming bug reports from internal
teams and customers
Collaborate with operations teams to identify, document, and
structure new product requests
Communicate product improvements and new features to non-technical
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
3+ years experience in a technical product support or product
operations role
3+ years experience with analytical tools (Tableau, Looker, Sigma,
etc)
3+ years of translating technical concepts to non-technical
stakeholders
