Execute subject matter expertise in Absence Management Module
Triage and manage queue, ensuring ticket resolution
Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure software
applications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in computer science,
information technology, or a related field
Master's Degree preferred
7+ years of experience in a shared service organization
Oracle Certification required
