Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA).
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Commerce Cloud
and billing platforms
Gather and document business and technical requirements, and
develop user journey stories and use cases
Develop and execute test scripts, conduct QA testing, and support
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar
role
Strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud required
Experience with Zuora or other billing platforms is highly
preferred
Proficiency in writing requirements, user journey stories, and
conducting QA/UAT testing
Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies
