Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst/Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct discovery and requirements gathering workshops in partnership with functional consultants
Serve as the functional expert for Salesforce and guide customers through configurations
Collaborate with the Solution Architect and customer resources to ensure system alignment with customer needs

Required Qualifications

2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce or similar implementations
Experience creating documentation for requirements, design, test, and training
Experience with two or more Salesforce Clouds, CPQ & Billing
Ability to empathize with users for successful adoption
Strong inclination for learning and adapting to new solutions
