We're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to drive efficiency, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you thrive on problem-solving, leading by example, and optimizing production processes, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Supervise daily operations to maximize productivity and meet production goals
• Train and Develop production staff, providing training materials and guidance
• Ensure Safety and Quality by maintaining compliance with all standards and company policies
• Optimize Efficiency by monitoring and improving workflow, materials, and production processes
• Track Performance and provide reports on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and resource allocation
• Document and Improve processes by writing and updating SOPs, work instructions, and quality management documents
• Problem-Solve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to address customer complaints and internal non-conformances
• Collaborate with product development teams to transition fully developed products into production Qualifications
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or a relevant field (preferred)
  • OR 2+ additional years of relevant experience in place of a degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs
  • Strong leadership with a company-first mindset
