Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to
support the Internal Revenue Service's strategy and modernization
efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze current delivery processes and identify opportunities for
improvement
Support the implementation of process enhancements to improve
efficiency
Conduct market research and stakeholder interviews for process
design insights
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in business process analysis and
improvement
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems,
or related field
Advanced certification in business process management preferred
(e.g., CBAP, Six Sigma)
Experience in process modeling, requirements gathering, and
documentation
Demonstrated experience in federal IT modernization initiatives
