Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst -
Infrastructure (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide front-line support for consumer banking applications and
respond to reported issues
Monitor and support Direct Bank infrastructure components and
perform application updates
Manage incident resolution through Service Now and communicate
progress to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Computer Science or
Analytics, or High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of
experience
Minimum 5 years of experience with consumer banking core
applications
Understanding of application infrastructure and experience with
servers, SQL databases, and load balancers
Experience with Azure DevOps and familiarity with CI/CD
pipelines
SQL database skills including debugging and executing queries
