Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Innovation Analyst to identify,
develop, and implement innovative IT solutions that enhance
business processes and drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a technology innovation roadmap focused on
automation and sustainability
Lead initiatives to optimize production processes using advanced
technologies
Oversee the implementation of digital transformation initiatives
and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Food
Technology, or related field; Master's preferred
5-10 years of experience in technology innovation or process
optimization in food manufacturing
Proven experience with automation, IoT, and AI solutions in
manufacturing environments
Strong understanding of food manufacturing processes and regulatory
requirements
Leadership and project management abilities
